Intercultural Event with ESG

Intercultural event with ESG about dialogue, culture, society and the role of students.

In cooperation with ESG, IStA organized an intercultural event that went beyond a typical cultural program. The focus was not only on music, culture and tradition, but also on real dialogue between people from different backgrounds. During the event, various aspects of Iranian culture, history and social identity were presented. At the same time, topics such as social needs, challenges of intercultural communication and the role of students in social transformation processes were discussed. An important goal was to present a more realistic and multi-layered image of Iran. IStA aimed to show that Iran is not only defined by political crises, but also by a rich culture, a strong civil society and a young generation with clear visions for the future. Feedback from participants showed how valuable such spaces for encounter and exchange can be. The event strengthened mutual understanding and created a foundation for future cooperation between different groups and institutions.
